Privacy Policy: This policy explains how we treat personal information that we collect. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, mailing address, email address, or phone number, that is not otherwise publicly available. When you order we may ask for this information, in order to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct marketing research for our own use. The Cupcake Doctor does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with anyone, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or when responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Refunds: We do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, and if it's that we let you down, we hope you will give us the opportunity to make it up to you! If an order is cancelled the same day it is executed, or little leeway or guidance for an order is submitted, we just can't guarantee a full refund. We performed the work, sometimes even packaged and delivered the gift, and we have to make sure our employees are fairly treated. Please always submit photos for custom work when we ask, that avoids nearly all issues! Credit card fees could also affect the amount of a refund. We will no longer pay to process transactions, and then again to refund these transactions, without passing that cost to you. It's not fair to ask a small business to throw away money, especially when we already lost the time in placing and processing the order. Please plan ahead as much as you can, and be certain about your orders before paying for them via credit card! Same day changes are another source of potential issues, because we start baking your treats early. Give 48 hours notice for changes, to be safe!
