When you order we may ask for this information, in order to fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, and conduct marketing research for our own use. The Cupcake Doctor does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with anyone, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or when responding to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Refunds: We do offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, and if we let you down we hope you will give us the opportunity to make it up to you! If an order is cancelled the same day it is executed, or little leeway or guidance for an order is submitted, we just can't guarantee a full refund. We performed the work, sometimes even packaged and delivered the gift, and we have to make sure our employees are fairly treated. Certain merchant fees could also affect the amount of a refund. Please plan ahead as much as you can! Same day changes are the biggest source of potential issues, because we start baking your treats early!!!
